My youngest starts Kindergarten in the fall so I am gathering up some of the cutest outfit ideas for her first couple days of school. More to come as we near the end of August (cue the sobbing from this mama).

One: I know these were trendy like five years ago, but I still adore the Fjallraven Kanken backpacks for kids. This one comes in the dreamiest pastel lavender color and has a little shine to it.
Two: Classic and reminding me of Princess Charlotte (very British royalty chic), these leather maryjane shoes are just too much.
Three: Gotta have a go-to denim jacket for walking to school in the morning and this one from the Children's Place is perfect.
Four: I have been so bummed that Alice & Ames has not restocked their apple ballet dress, but this similar one from Hanna Andersson is great too.
Five: Pigtails = so adorable. Pigtails with matching felt bows? Even better.
Six: My daughter is so excited for kindergarten, but I am a bit of a mess. She is the baby and I have all the worries and anxiety about her being gone for seven hours a day at school. These sweet Mama & Me bracelets are just the thing I need (she is FINE, but I can't handle it!) to keep us connected during the day.
