Friday Favorites: Kitchen

I spend a lot of time in my kitchen as a mom to two kids and a husband who loves home cooked meals. Here are some of my favorite kitchen things!

One // Two // Three // Four // Five // Six

Who knew toast could be so beautiful? If I could outfit my entire kitchen with Smeg appliances, I would.

I follow Half Baked Harvest on Instagram and absolutely love her recipes. Everything I have made from her cookbook is incredible. My favorite lately is her whipped goat cheese, bacon, and carmelized date dip. I brought it to Sunday dinner with my in-laws and people could not get enough.

I like to stock up on wood cutting boards and display them in my kitchen. Makes me feel like I'm a frontier woman.

Years ago my mom had a tiny eBay addiction and gifted me with four pieces of cookware from Le Creuset. I use this dutch oven weekly. Though there are other brands of cast iron cookware, Le Creuset will last a lifetime (and then some).

Tea, anyone? How about in a fancy teapot? Full time fancy.

Lately I'm loving reusable paper towels like these Swedish dishcloths. Worth the hype - they are actually super useful when cleaning up after little kids.

Happy cooking!
